1. 24-Month Durability Promise (Quality Guarantee)
If your Puppiary product breaks, tears, or fails because of a problem with our quality or craftsmanship within 24 months (2 years) of delivery, we will ensure you get a working item.
- Our Solution: We will give you a full cash refund or send you a new replacement product right away.
- Shipping Costs: We cover all shipping costs for quality-related returns and replacements.
2. 30-Day Happiness Guarantee (Returns & Exchanges)
If you or your puppy simply change your mind, or the product is not the perfect fit, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund under the 30-Day Happiness Guarantee, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all included materials and tags.
- You must have a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items (for Hygiene/Safety)
For the safety and hygiene of all our pups, the following items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Bedding (including blankets and crate pads)
- Training pads
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom or personalized orders
How to Initiate a Return

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
