Our goal is simple: We want you and your pup to be completely happy. We stand by the quality of our gear with two clear promises designed to give you total peace of mind.

1. 24-Month Durability Promise (Quality Guarantee)

If your Puppiary product breaks, tears, or fails because of a problem with our quality or craftsmanship within 24 months (2 years) of delivery, we will ensure you get a working item.

  • Our Solution: We will give you a full cash refund or send you a new replacement product right away.
  • Shipping Costs: We cover all shipping costs for quality-related returns and replacements.

2. 30-Day Happiness Guarantee (Returns & Exchanges)

If you or your puppy simply change your mind, or the product is not the perfect fit, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under the 30-Day Happiness Guarantee, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all included materials and tags.
  • You must have a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items (for Hygiene/Safety)

For the safety and hygiene of all our pups, the following items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Bedding (including blankets and crate pads)
  • Training pads
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom or personalized orders

How to Initiate a Return

To start your easy, risk-free return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number and the reason for the return (e.g., "Quality issue" or "Not the right fit").
  3. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a return authorization and the necessary shipping instructions.
  4. Ship It Back: Pack your item securely in the original packaging.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Timeline: We will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
